Crabgrass control in late spring? It’s possible with Dimension® specialty herbicide — the only preemergent that offers excellent early postemergence crabgrass control.
Applied early or late in the season, Dimension eliminates the need to switch products after crabgrass has germinated. This longer window gives you more application flexibility during your busy spring season, ultimately reducing the need to come back and re-treat.
New research also has shown that additional crabgrass control can be achieved with Dimension in the Western, Southern and transition regions where warm-season turfgrasses are predominant. When applied at 2 pts./A with a high-quality nonionic surfactant, Dimension will control crabgrass up to the five-tiller stage of growth. In these regions, Dimension can be applied in the spring as a preemergence application with added early postemergence control, and it can be applied again in late summer to control crabgrass from coming back in the fall.
