The 2020 National Wheat Yield Contest (NWYC) is officially open! The NWYC offers growers a chance to compete against other farmers across the country and to learn from each other’s innovative and effective techniques to produce high-quality wheat. The contest is divided into two categories — spring wheat and winter wheat — each with two subcategories: dryland and irrigated. Submit your winter wheat sample by May 15 and spring wheat by Aug. 1.
